Seven Seas’ first unlimited flow danmei is coming soon.
The publisher revealed the cover for the first volume of The Lucky Egg Game. The cover, which was previously used for the Chinese version, was designed by 千二百. The cover has Lin Jue and Song Hanzhang fighting together against what looks like a blood-red moon with poppies adorning the edge. nokdock4 will be in charge of the interior artwork. Suika and Divetus will work together to translate the series.

Unlimited flow is a specific Chinese webnovel genre that encompasses “infinite elements” which includes things like science, religion, myths, folklore etc. Oftentimes in these genres, characters are transported into a different world and have to accomplish a specific goal or a mission that’s tied to the system that rules the world. Most of the time, characters’ survivals are tied to their completion of these goals/missions.
Written by Bo Mu Bing Lun, the series spans 102 chapters and six extra chapters on jjwxc. The synopsis for the first volume, Book 1: Death Game, is as follows:
Architecture student Lin Jue never expected his Friday night to end in bloodshed. After receiving a “lucky egg,” he’s dragged into a deadly game where survival isn’t a goal—it’s the only rule. And when the brilliant but unreadable medical student Song Hanzhang saves his life, Lin Jue forms an ironclad bond with this man who reveals nothing and misses nothing.
The two must rely on each other to survive the brutal trials of the Devil’s Hunting Ground, from ravenous creatures to equally desperate players. But in this ruthless game, trust may be the most dangerous gamble of all. As alliances fracture and morality slips away, the true questions come to light: Who is actually pulling the strings—and when the last dawn rises, will Song Hanzhang still be standing at Lin Jue’s side?
The Lucky Egg Game releases its first volume on August 25. The series will contain three volumes.
