What happens when you plop some zombies in an omegaverse? Or throw in alpha, betas, and omegas in a world where zombies roam? You get this Huai Shang work.
Rosmei announced its next co-publication with Publang which is Huai Shang’s fantasy danmei called The Undead 不死者. The publisher unveiled the cover featuring Si Nan and Zhou Rong with an explosion in the background. The co-publication means that The Undead will be available in both print and ebook releases. An official synopsis as well as release windows were not available at this article’s publishing.
Rosmei’s announcement was a quote retweet of @/skyarise’s post about Huitian, Undead, and Tattoo being licensed by a European/American publisher. Rosmei confirmed in a reply that they will be co-publishing all three titles. They did state: “However, since there are additional co-publishing announcements to be made–for novels that are already licensed for the Singapore region–we will update our official website once everything is finalised.”
Written by Huai Shang, The Undead was published in 2017 on jjwxc for 85 chapters. This work also won an award at the Jinjiang Literature City Annual Festival in 2017.
Rosmei has not yet revealed how many volumes The Undead will contain.
