Hello, I am a Witch, and My Crush Wants Me to Make a Love Potion! has dropped the trailer for its anime adaptation along with a key visual. The trailer highlights Rose’s unrequited feelings for Harij when they meet a few years later. Mikako Komatsu will portray Rose with Yohei Azakami voicing Harij. The fantasy romcom is set to premiere in October.

diomedea will animate and produce the series with Keizo Kusakawa helming the adaptation as the director. Wataru Watari will be in charge of the series scripts, and Masakazu Ishikawa will be the character designer. Yayoi Tateishi is the sound director with Hayato Matsumura composing. Heart Company will also produce the music.
Written by Eiko Mutsuhana, the webnovel first began serializing on Shosetsuka ni Naro’s website in April 2019 before concluding in March 2020. Futabasha’s M Novels f imprint published the story as two light novel volumes with Vient illustrating, from October 2019 to March 2020. The light novel enjoyed a manga adaptation with Kamada as the artist in August 2020.
