Redbeanime Contributes to Monterey Park’s New Manga Lounge Opening This Month

Redbeanime Donations to Manga Lounge

Community spaces for manga lovers don’t pop up every day—so when one does, we want to be part of it.

Later this month, a new Manga Lounge will open its doors in Monterey Park, offering readers a dedicated space to browse, relax, and connect over their favorite series. Redbeanime is proud to support the launch with a donation of over a dozen titles to help stock the shelves.

Our contribution spans a mix of genres, formats, and publishers, including standout volumes from independent presses like One Peace Books and Manga Mavericks:

  • The Villainess and the Demon Knight #3
  • Nakamura-san, the Uninvited Gyaru #1-4
  • Bonds
  • Alternative [Self Liner Note]
  • Zigoku’s Foreman #1
  • You Talk Too Much So Just Shut It Already
  • I Want Your Mother to Be With Me #1
  • My Death Flags Show No Sign of Ending #1
  • Pokemon The Power of Us, Zeraora’s Story
  • Bleach #1
  • Ayashi no Ceres #5 (Japanese)
  • Fushigi Yuugi #4 (Japanese)

Manga lounges aren’t just about the books. They’re about creating a space where fans can gather, share recommendations, and experience the joy of flipping through physical volumes. In an era where so much reading happens on screens, having a local spot dedicated to the medium is something worth celebrating.

We’re especially excited to spotlight titles from independent publishers that don’t always get the shelf space they deserve. From villainess dramas to gyaru rom-coms to classic retro manga, there’s something here for everyone.

The Manga Lounge opens later this month in Monterey Park. We’ll share location and hours as they become available. For now, we’re just happy to help get the shelves started.

Happy reading, Monterey Park.
