The 224-page black-and-white manga adapts the events of Resident Evil: Death Island, bringing the CG film’s action and horror to the page. The story follows franchise favorites—Chris Redfield, Leon S. Kennedy, Jill Valentine, Claire Redfield, and Rebecca Chambers—as they confront a bioterror outbreak on the prison island of Alcatraz . The adaptation was created by acclaimed manga artist Zino in collaboration with CAPCOM and the Death Island Film Partners.
