Kana is looking at the celestial world for its next license.
The Abrams ComicArts’ imprint for manga announced on June 22 that it has licensed Qtonagi’s manga Hotel Astrology. The single volume will release sometime in the fall of 2027. The cover features three girls, all with varying colored hair, sitting on a sofa with balloons surrounding them. Hotel Astrology comes from Jitsugyou no Nihonsha’s Comic Ruelle.
Although called a manga license by Kana, Hotel Astrology seems more to be an informational artbook. On the Bookwalker page, it seems to use illustrations to help users understand themselves, assess compatibility, predict daily fortunes. The book will contain information on the twelve zodiac signs, the relationship of the ten celestial bodies with the zodiac signs, celestial aspects, the compatibility and fortune between you and other people, and more.
Hotel Astrology was released on April 18, 2024 in Japan and contained 215 pages.
KANA will publish Hotel Astrology in fall 2027.
