Kana, the Abrams ComicArts’ imprint for manga, has announced its new license for spring.
The publisher dropped a surprise announcement on May 18, revealing that it had licensed Antengai: Twilight Metropolis. The cover was also unveiled with a young girl, wings sprouting out from her back, gazing at the readers from the corner of her eye. The story, released in only a single volume, releases in 2027.

Tsubonari’s manga was first published in Jitsugyo no Nihon Sha’s Comic Ruelle in 2018 with the sequel Antengai Kiso Yakyoku in 2021 and a third sequel, Antengai Rasen Soki, that ran from 2022 to 2023.
The story focuses on the people who reside on Antengai, the only town in a solitary island. The manga follows the mix of humans and ayakashi that coexist in the lawless society of Antengai as they seek to find out the truth about the town.
Antengai: Twilight Metropolis releases in the spring 2027.
