Digital manga platform MangaPlaza is making a splash at Anime Expo 2026 with a packed lineup of activities celebrating queer romance, interactive booth experiences, and limited-time promotions.
Panel: Explore Your Passions: BL/GL/Romance with MangaPlaza

Join MangaPlaza and special MC/influencer guests for a celebration of BL and GL romance. The panel features trope tier lists, manga trivia, and opportunities to connect with fellow fans. Attendees will discover original titles and have the chance to win exclusive giveaways.

- Daniel Dueñas (MC) – Queer content creator behind the “Wholesome Gay Sh*t” brand (@mrdanielduenas)
- Laura Neuzeth – Manga content creator and reviewer focused on shojo, josei, and LGBTQ+ manga (@LauraNeuzeth)
Panel Perks: All attendees receive a MangaPlaza gift code. Two lucky winners will receive colored prints of an original illustration by the author of The Ogre’s Bride.

- “The Ogre’s Bride” Photo Spot – Take a photo and post on social media to receive merchandise (while supplies last). The anime adaptation premieres this July.
- “Mystery Solving Quiz” – Pick up a quiz booklet and pen, use clues from manga available at the booth and website to answer questions, and present your completed booklet for a Sample Manga Booklet and raffle entry. Note: A pen and booklet can be earned by logging into MangaPlaza or following official social media accounts.

- Paper Manga Shopping – Physical manga available for purchase.
AX 2026 Event Campaigns
- Booth & Panel Title Promotions (July 2–15): A curated lineup of 28 featured titles, headlined by The Ogre’s Bride, will be available for free or 50% off. Titles spotlighted at the panel or available as physical manga at the booth will also be eligible for 10% cashback when purchased digitally.
- Social Media Repost Giveaway (July 1–31): Follow MangaPlaza on X and repost the campaign post for a chance to win a 10,000-point gift code. Five winners will be chosen at random.
