Six-year-old Princess Claudia is thrown from a window by her treacherous uncle—and as she falls to her death, she remembers her past life as Adelheid, the most powerful witch of legend. It’s a dynamite opening that sets the tone for a series about reclaiming power, choosing your own path, and discovering that blood doesn’t make a family.
The Setup
The premise is familiar: an abused noble child awakens to memories of a powerful past life and uses that knowledge to escape her circumstances. But Claudia’s story distinguishes itself through its protagonist’s voice. She’s a legendary witch trapped in a child’s body—yet she doesn’t wallow in self-pity. Instead, she decides to live as she pleases, starting with claiming a 9-year-old boy she names Noah as her servant.
Their dynamic is the heart of the series. Noah is bound by a curse that’s slowly killing him, and Claudia—drawing on her past life’s knowledge—frees him by taking the curse onto herself. It’s a moment that establishes both her power and her willingness to bear burdens for others. What follows is a partnership that’s refreshingly codependent but in a way that works for the story.
The Art and Characters

One caveat on getting through Volume 1 is Claudia’s childlike speech quirk. It’s endearing, but can be a little jarring as it pops up almost unexpectedly.
Overall
This is a solid start from the author of 7th Time Loop—perhaps not quite as polished, but still “very decent” with enough twists and emotional beats to keep you turning pages. Recommended for fans of smug OP witches, reincarnation fantasies, and loyal servant dynamics.
