Jeon Du-gwan (D.P. Season 2) will direct the drama with Park Hyun-woo (Weak Hero Class 2) writing the script. Han Jun-hee (Weak Hero franchise) is credited as the executive producer and creator, and says, “We wanted to use the unique strengths of the television medium to delve deeper into the characters’ emotions and dynamic relationships. Beyond the thrills of uncovering a mystery, we aimed to capture the fragile vulnerabilities, inner conflicts, and growth of youth caught in the crossfire.”

Lezhin describes the synopsis:

Having lost all contact with his sister, Shiyoung, a worried Shion sets out to see what is wrong by arriving in Australia, where his sister was staying. While staying at the share house his sister was living, he starts to sense that the people there have something to do with his missing sister.

G’Day is available to read on Lezhin. A release date for Outback was not yet announced at the time of this article’s writing. The drama will stream exclusively on Netflix.
