Link Click Finally Announces “Bridon Arc” Premiere
Cheers! Link Click is premiering the “Bridon Arc” on December 27.
It’s been 84 years, but Link Click fans finally have a premiere date for the “Bridon Arc.”
The official X (formerly Twitter) account for the popular donghua dropped its latest trailer that revealed the December 27 premiere date.
The trailer begins spookily with the opening question, “Do you know the butterfly effect?” and then moves to a truly haunting sight of Lu Guang kneeling in a pool of blood. He looks up to see Cheng Xiaoshi lying in the blood, staring blankly at him. “If I could know all the initial conditions in advance, would I be able to control the future?” The “Bridon Arc” appears to be more action-packed judging by all the thrilling scenes shown in the trailer. The last shot shows Lu Guang seemingly turning around before someone grabs his wrist right at 5 PM.
Link Click premiered in April 2021, written and directed by Li Haoling and produced by LAN Studio and Haoliners Animation League. The original donghua follows Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang who have the ability to “dive” into their clients’ photos via a high-five to help relieve their clients of their regrets. Season 2 aired in July 2023 and concluded with 12 episodes.
In addition, Link Click inspired a manhua adaptation with a completely new story. The manhua released on Sept. 22. A live-action adaptation has been announced with a projected premiere date for 2024.
The first two seasons of Link Click are available to watch on Crunchyroll and Bilibili.
