A mature romance manhwa has launched on Lezhin Snack.
Lezhin Snack adapted 3XLOVE into a short drama which premiered on May 21. A trailer and a visual was released in anticipation of its premiere and currently has 52 episodes. The trailer highlights Baek Kiho’s conflicted feelings when he meets his first love Cheon Bokyeong again where he helplessly falls back in love with her even though the two parted on bitter terms the last time they saw each other. Details on the actors were not readily available at the time of this article’s publishing.
Written and illustrated by pyapya, 3XLOVE is a slice-of-life mature romance that follows a young man who was tormented for his appearance and, after making a massive transformation, reunites with his first love who can’t recognize him. The first episode launched on Lezhin’s English platform on September 13, 2025.
The synopsis for Lezhin is as follows:
In his school days, Baek Kiho was an easy target, overweight, quiet, and even cursed with a name that classmates mocked as “Piggy Ho.” Years of relentless bullying drove him to drop out, leaving only scars and shame behind.
But time changes everything. Kiho shed the weight, changed his name to Heeseong, and built a new life where no one could recognize the boy he once was.
Then fate delivers an unexpected blow: his first love, Cheon Bokyeong, reappears. The very same Bokyeong who once despised him now approaches warmly, unable to connect Heeseong with the outcast she knew in the past.
