Well, that didn’t take long.
After opening a social media account for Everyone’s Darling Has a Secret, the account dropped a visual for the anime adaptation of the romance manga and, in the same announcement, revealed the series will launch in April 2027. A key visual featuring Hizashi Hiruno and Rei Kuromiya passing by each other in the hallway was also dropped.
Gekkou will animate the adaptation with Hikaru Sato at the helm as the director and Ryo Aizawa as the producor. Fumihiko Shimo will be in charge of writing the series scripts while Kibidango 14-go will design the characters. Satoru Kosaki and MONACA will compose.
Ahead of its teaser trailer, Everyone’s Darling Has a Secret already revealed its voice actors. Reiji Kawashima will portray Hizashi, Hikaru Tono will voice Rei, Iori Noguchi will portray Sakura Akai, and Ami Maeshima will voice Sora Konno.
Written and illustrated by Kashiko Amane during COVID-19 pandemic, Everyone’s Darling Has a Secret began serialization in Hakusensha’s Manga Park and Young Animal Web in September 2022 and released its sixth tankobon volume in July. Yen Press has the English print and digital license of this title.

If there’s one silver lining, he’s not the only one—and his comrade could be the girl of his dreams?!
