Standout Titles

  • A Silent Voice – Yoshitoki Oima’s heartbreaking and redemptive story of a former bully seeking to make amends with the deaf classmate he tormented. Essential reading.
  • Initial D – The legendary street racing manga that defined a genre. Tak Fujiwara’s tofu delivery runs hide a secret: he’s one of the best drivers on Mount Akina.
  • Cells at Work! – A charming and surprisingly educational romp through the human body, following a hapless red blood cell and her white blood cell protector.
  • Princess Jellyfish – Akiko Higashimura’s beloved comedy about a jellyfish-obsessed shut-in who befriends a fashionable woman with secrets of her own.
  • FAIRY TAIL and EDENS ZERO – Two massive fantasy adventures from Hiro Mashima, one about a rowdy wizard guild and the other about spacefaring friendship.
  • Land of the Lustrous – Haruko Ichikawa’s haunting, beautiful story of crystalline beings fighting to survive against moon invaders. A visual and emotional masterpiece.

This Kodansha drop continues Crunchyroll Manga’s rapid expansion, following partnerships with Shueisha, Square Enix, VIZ Media, Yen Press, and others. The goal is simple: make it seamless to toggle from reading the manga to watching the anime on the same platform.

For fans, that means less hunting across apps and more time actually enjoying stories.

June 8 is circled on the calendar. Whether you’re revisiting A Silent Voice for the fifth time or finally starting Initial D, Crunchyroll Manga just became a much more essential subscription.
