Spy x Family Season 2 and First Movie Set Premiere Dates and Movie Title

Season 2 of Spy x Family premieres in October with the movie Spy x Family CODE: White on Dec. 22, 2023.

Spy x Family‘s beloved fake family is coming back for Season 2 and a movie in the fall.

At Anime Japan 2023, the voice actors for Spy x Family Takuya Eguchi, the voice of Loid Forger, Atsumi Tanezaki, voice of Anya Forger, Saori Hayami, voice of Yor Briar and Kenichirō Matsuda, voice of Bond, gathered for a panel. There, they discussed what they thought the movie would be about through drawings. Eguchi’s drawing included a snowman while Hayami had the family ride on Bond as they embarked on a space adventure. Tanezaki had the Forger family in shades and cloaks while Matsuda had Anya looking rather villain-like with her face superimposed at the top.

Spy x Family then revealed Season 2 would premiere in October. The movie, titled Spy x Family CODE: White will premiere on Dec. 22, 2023 and revealed an exciting poster. Loid holds a gun at someone, in full Twilight mode with his expression grim. Yor stands at his side, ready for throat-slashing with her weapon held close to her face. Anya and Bond don’t have any fancy weapons but with the combined powers of their telepathy and foresight, they make a formidable pair.

Mangaka Tatsuya Endo celebrated the movie’s release date with a hilarious illustration where he drew fan art of the movie poster, utilizing the art styles of the voice actors. Loid has transformed into an oval-shaped penguin-faced bird wielding a boxy gun. Yor now looks like a cross between a nun and Princess Bubblegum from Adventure Time. Anya has been rendered into a mask-wearing cloaked figure with her horns poking out. Thanks to Kenichirō Matsuda’s superb art skills, Bond is the only one who looks the closest to his manga and anime counterpart. The train now dons on a top hat and face while the aircraft has been changed into a meteorite rocketing through the sky.

Season 1 of Spy x Family is available on Crunchyroll and Hulu.
