Spy x Family will release its first trailer for the original film Spy x Family Code: White on June 26.

The official Twitter account for the Spy x Family anime has revealed a second teaser visual for the upcoming film Spy x Family Code: White. Illustrated by chief animation director Kyoji Asano, the teaser visual features the Forger family with a few members brandishing various common household items. The tagline reads, “Waku waku! It’s a family trip to save the world!” In addition, Spy x Family will also drop the first trailer on June 26 at 0:00 JST on the official TOHO Animation channel.

According to Comic Natalie, Spy x Family Code: White reveals that WISE has made the decision to transfer a new agent to take charge of Operation Strix but Loid discovers the new agent is utterly incompetent. Meanwhile, rumours swirl around Eden Academy that a cooking competition will take place where the winner will be awarded a Stella Star. Seizing the opportunity to further progress Operation Strix and demonstrate to WISE why he’s the best man to continue with the mission, Loid suggests Anya make a traditional pastry called Melemele, Eden Academy’s principal’s favourite food who will also preside over the competition as a judge. The Forgers decide to take a trip to Frigis region so they can taste the real thing but the trip isn’t as relaxing as they thought. Yor witnesses an exchange between Loid and a mysterious woman and feels a little anxious about her relationship with her “fake” husband. While that’s happening, Anya discovers a mysterious treasure chest filled with chocolate during their train trip and accidentally swallows it, later realizing this chocolate holds the secret to world peace!

The second teaser visual is a far cry from the first visual in terms of tone. The colours are much warmer in the second visual and exudes a more chaotic and homely vibe with the numerous items a “normal family” may have scattered around them such as toys, playing cards, a golden key, cherry liquor and bags. At the top, Yor grasps a kitchen flipper and whisk, imitating how she might hold her lethal needles, Loid peeks through a monocular while consulting his Travel Guide while Anya bursts through in the middle, hands displaying a glowing treasure chest. A “Dog Pass” clipped to his collar, Bond joins in on the family adventure.

On the other hand, the first visual is set in a cold wintery environment. Both Loid and Yor are in their respective alter-ego outfits as Twilight and the Thorn Princess. In particular, Loid has a grim expression on his face as he points a gun at an unknown individual. The first visual is also much more barren as it has less things for the eyes to be drawn to.

Spy x Family Code: White premieres in theatres on Dec. 22. The first trailer releases on June 26.
