See You In My 19th Life Creator Celebrates Adaptation With Special Illustration
See You In My 19th Life has released an illustrated and dramatized version of the main poster ahead of its June premiere.
Lee Hye, the creator who brought fans See You In My 19th Life, can hardly contain her excitement for the live-action series.
The production team of See You In My 19th Life released the main poster for the live-action adaptation. Fireworks explode in the night sky as Ban Jieum, played by Shin Hye-sun, and Moon Seoha, portrayed by Ahn Bo-hyun, stand in front of a merry-go-round. Jieum holds a box and has stepped closer to Seoha, a gentle smile on her face. The words on the poster roughly translate to “I remember you. Do you remember me?” Lee Hye has drawn an illustration, using the original character designs, to celebrate its June release. A special side-story called A Piece of Memory has also been released on Naver on May 15.
Previously, See You In My 19th Life shared a poster of Jieum standing alone at the same location. Water has puddled around her feet, reflecting the various lives she had already lived through.
Written and illustrated by Lee Hye, See You In My 19th Life follows Ban Jieum, a woman who has the curious ability to remember all her previous lives. Now in her 19th life, Jieum has a mission: to find the boy she met in her 18th life in the hopes that they may reconnect. The series boasts 84 million views on its English platform WEBTOON.
See You In My 19th Life premieres on June 17.
