Trigun Stampede Rings in the New Year with Festive Illustration
Studio Orange and Trigun Stampede wish fans a “Happy New Year”!
Trigun Stampede has officially rung in the new year with a festive new artwork originally posted by Studio Orange.
The post, shared on X (formerly known as Twitter), shared that Orange had welcomed new staff onboard, which would allow them a better structure for animating. Additionally, they were looking forward to 2024 being a “breakthrough” year for the studio.
The artwork accompanying the greeting features the cast of Trigun Stampede wearing traditional attire — with a twist — surrounded by what appear to be plum blossoms.
Based on the manga by Yasuhiro Nightow, Trigun Stampede is the second adaptation and follows the Humanoid Typhoon, Vash the Stampede, as he adventures across the remnants of Earth with his companions Meryl Stryfe and Roberto De Niro in hopes of finding a peaceful solution to resolve the difference between humans and plants.
Trigun Stampede streams on Crunchyroll in North America.
