The Demon Prince of Momochi House Unveils English Dub Cast and Premiere Date
The English dub of The Demon Prince of Momochi House premieres on Jan. 19.
The English dub of The Demon Prince of Momochi House is coming to Crunchyroll very soon.
According to Crunchyroll, The Demon Prince of Momochi House will release its English dubbed version on Jan. 19. The announcement revealed its casting list which includes Bryn Apprill who will voice Himari, Cody Savoie as Aoi, Aaron Dismuke as Yukari, Van Barr Jr. as Ise, and Jim Foronda as Kumonyudo. Kimmie Britt, Kelsey Cruz, Kristian Eros, and Morgan Larabee will voice the lesser yokai. Jonathan Rigg will oversee the dub as the voice director with Samantha Herek as the producer and Ben Phillips responsible for the adaptation.
Animated and produced by Drive, The Demon Prince of Momochi House will be helmed by director Bob Shirohata. Mariko Oka will design the characters while Yasuko Aoki will oversee the series scripts. Ayana tsujita and Tomoyuki Kono will compose the music with Hiromi Kikuta directing the sound. Natsumi Kawaida voices Himari Momochi, Takeo Ōtsuka as Aoi Nanamori, Shinnosuke Tachibana as Yukari, and Yūki Ono as Ise. The anime premiered on Jan. 6.
Written and illustrated by Aya Shouoto, The Demon Prince of Momochi House serialized in Monthly Asuka from February 2023 to August 2019. The story follows an orphan named Himari Momochi who unexpectedly inherits an ancestral estate on her sixteenth birthday. Himari moves into the house, despite many people around her warning her that it is haunted, with the intent to fulfill her duties as the guardian between the human and spirit worlds. To her surprise, the house is not empty: three handsome young men have not just taken over her new home, but one of them, named Aoi Nanamori, has also taken over her role as guardian.
