SEVENTEEN Makes History as First K-Pop Act to Perform Behind NPR’s Tiny Desk

SEVENTEEN Tiny Desk

SEVENTEEN officially made history on November 24, 2025, becoming the first K-Pop act to perform behind the iconic Tiny Desk at NPR’s Washington, D.C. headquarters. Appearing as a special five-member lineup—Joshua, Mingyu, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino—the group delivered an intimate, live-band set featuring reimagined versions of nine tracks from their 10-year career.

Opening with their explosive hit “Super,” SEVENTEEN transformed the cozy office into a full-on mini concert, followed by softer favorites like “Darl+ing,” “_WORLD,” and “To you.” A standout moment came when a fan requested “HBD,” prompting the group to break into a spontaneous a cappella rendition that captured the warmth and humor fans love.

The energy surged again with “SOS (Prod. Marshmello),” “Rock with you,” “CLAP,” and “HOT,” with the group trading choreography for relaxed, playful charm. SEVENTEEN closed with “VERY NICE,” complete with their signature endless encore as the crowd jumped along.

The performance distilled everything that defines SEVENTEEN—vocal prowess, chemistry, and pure joy—further solidifying their legacy as they continue their NEW_ world tour across Asia.
