This villain may not be the feared antagonist that he wants to be, but he does get a fantastic cover.
The danmei publisher revealed the first volume cover of The Villain’s White Halo by Hao Da Yi Juan Wei Sheng Zhi. Vol. 1 introduces the two main characters, Yin Biyue and Luo Mingchuan on the cover with a mysterious figure in red, back faced toward the audience, in the back. Gold birds circle around them in the background, filled with gold-edged mountains. The translation was handled by Suika and Divetus. Yang Huoxiang designed the cover and will provide the interior illustrations.
The xianxia novel was first published in 2016 and contains 119 chapters on JJWXC. Seven Seas’ synopsis is as follows:
