Seven Seas has returned with their weekly Wonderful Wednesday licensing announcements and kicked things off with eight (plus one) new titles.
Of note, the publisher announced one danmei license, one omnibus, an audiobook, and rectified a title of a series they previously announced much to everyone’s delight. Seven Seas continues to grow its Fei Tian Ye Xiang library with another one of the author’s titles–and a highly requested one at that. BL fans will also be happy to see some licensed manga series.

The Apology of Noumi-Senpai

The Apology of Noumi-Senpai was originally announced back in November 2025 as What’s Up with Noumi-Senpai? but later took it down after fans pointed out the inaccuracy of the title.
On November 14, the publisher took down the announcement listing on their site and posted a message on their social media platform: “The English language title used in that announcement was released before obtaining approval from the author or Kobunsha, the original Japanese author. We sincerely apologize to both the author and Kobunsha for this oversight. We will be revising the English language title. Updated posts and pages will be available soon. We didn’t intend to erase any impact or meaning of the title. Thank you to all who reached out.”
The publisher has since changed the title to The Apology of Noumi-Senpai.
