Fans of Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- can officially mark their calendars! Season 4 is set to begin streaming in 2026. The announcement came with an action-packed teaser PV and the third teaser visual, offering a glimpse at the perilous road ahead for Subaru and his allies.
Premiered during Anime Expo 2025, the new teaser features Subaru and his companions battling mabeasts in the desolate Auguria Dunes. Alongside the video, the production team released updated visuals showcasing fan-favorite characters in newly designed outfits.
Following the harrowing battle at Priestella, Subaru’s quest continues as he journeys to the mysterious Pleiades Watchtower—a location so dangerous even Reinhard, the legendary Sword Saint, failed to conquer it. Subaru seeks the “wise man” Shaula, a being said to hold all knowledge, in hopes of saving Rem, Crusch, and Julius, who were devastated by the “Authority of Gluttony.”
With over 13 million copies of the light novel series sold worldwide, Re:ZERO remains one of the most anticipated anime continuations in recent years. The upcoming season will once again be animated by WHITE FOX, with Masahiro Shinohara directing and original author Tappei Nagatsuki supervising the script.
