Fans of Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- won’t have to wait much longer to catch a glimpse of the next chapter in Subaru’s journey. The highly anticipated world premiere of Season 4, Episode 1 is officially set for Lucca Comics & Games 2025, taking place on Saturday, November 1 at Cinema Astra in Italy.
Voice actress Rie Takahashi, who brings the beloved half-elf heroine Emilia to life, will make a special appearance at the screening and participate in an autograph session on October 31 at the BD Edizioni booth. Fans attending the event can also visit a dedicated Re:ZERO booth inside the Crunchyroll area, where exclusive original stickers will be available while supplies last.
With over 13 million copies of the Re:ZERO light novels and original series sold worldwide, anticipation for Season 4 has reached a fever pitch. Following the climactic battle at the Watergate City of Priestella, Subaru and his allies face their next perilous journey—into the vast Auguria Dunes and the mysterious Pleiades Watchtower, home to the all-seeing “wise man” Shaula.
Season 4 reunites the core cast, including Yusuke Kobayashi as Subaru, Rie Takahashi as Emilia, Satomi Arai as Beatrice, and Inori Minase as Rem, with WHITE FOX once again handling animation production. The new season is slated to air in 2026, with Tappei Nagatsuki—the series’ original author—returning as script supervisor.
