Season 2 of the popular horror anime Mieruko-chan is reportedly in the works!
Popular horror anime Mieruko-chan has reportedly been renewed for a second season.
According to a post by Anime Dork on Facebook, although there is no official announcement, Season 2 of Mieruko-chan is currently in the works.
Mieruko-chan began as a manga series serialized on ComicWalker in 2018. Written and illustrated by Tomoki Izumi, the manga went on to get licensed by Yen Press for its English run. An anime adaption produced by Passione followed in 2021. The story follows Miko Yotsuya, a high school girl with the unfortunate ability to see spirits. Miko does her best to ignore the ghosts around her, however, her best friend Hana has an incredibly powerful life aura that attracts the supernatural to her!
