New York Comic Con 2025 was bursting with anime energy, and VIZ Media was right at the heart of it—rolling out a weekend packed with world premieres, celebrity appearances, and jaw-dropping announcements that had fans buzzing long after the show floor closed.
VIZ kicked off the weekend with the world premiere of the Rooster Fighter English dub, giving fans their first taste of the outrageous, action-packed series about Keiji, a fearless rooster taking on demons in a quest for revenge.
The premiere included a first look at the official English trailer, a reveal of the dub cast, and even the announcement of the new opening theme, “What’s a Hero?” by DARUMA Rollin’.
