My Hero Academia Season 7 is coming to fans in May 2024.

My Hero Academia dropped a new trailer for Season 7 at Jump Festa 2024 where fans caught a glimpse of the new hero Star and Stripe, voiced by Romi Park. The trailer brings the heroes against the villains once more, further reinforcing Deku’s desire to save Shigaraki. The young heroes are shown taking their Quirks to new heights as they find new ways to fight and save the world. Season 7 will air on May 4, 2024 after a four-episode My Hero Academia Memories special airs on April 6.

The creator of My Hero Academia, Horikoshi, drew a special illustration to commemorate Jump Festa 2024:

Season 6 aired from Oct. 1, 2022 to March 25, 2023 for 25 episodes. The season adapted the “Paranormal Liberation War” and “Dark Hero” arcs where the anime took a decidedly darker shift in tone to symbolize the villains’ growing power and influence. The heroes took a significant beating and doubts have been raised on what constitutes being a hero. Deku, especially, has been hit the hardest and makes a choice in the hopes that he can protect everyone he loves as he sets forward to put a stop to Shigaraki and All for One’s evil.

My Hero Academia also has a fourth movie in development, set shortly after Season 6 with an original story. Mangaka Kōhei Horikoshi will oversee the film as the general supervisor and original character designer.

A story set in a world full of heroes and villains, My Hero Academia follows one boy who was never born with any kind of superpowers and yet still dreamed of becoming the greatest superhero in the world. When Deku unexpectedly receives his idol All Might’s superpower, known as Quirks, called One for All, he also has unknowingly accepted a decades-long conflict against All Might’s nemesis All for One. The storytelling and character development, as well as Horikoshi’s detailed artwork, has made My Hero Academia one of the best-selling manga series with 85 million copies in circulation.

The first six seasons of My Hero Academia is available to stream on Crunchyroll. Season 7 premieres on May 4, 2024.
