Link Click is hoping 2024 will be sweet and tasty for fans.

The official social media account for Link Click released a new illustration featuring the main trio Cheng Xiaoshi, Lu Guang, and Qiao Ling. Perched atop the “2” in “2024,” Cheng Xiaoshi waves his fingers cheerfully with jars of candies balanced precariously on the number’s curve. Lu Guang is off to the side, holding a confetti popper and a snow dragon beside him. Qiao Ling stands on the opposing side, a snowflake hair clip decorating her hair. Surrounding the three are a plethora of dogs, cats, and rabbits.

Link Click premiered in April 2021, written and directed by Li Haoling and produced by LAN Studio and Haoliners Animation League. The original donghua follows Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang who have the ability to “dive” into their clients’ photos via a high-five to help relieve their clients of their regrets. Season 2 aired in July 2023 and concluded with 12 episodes. Shortly after, a third season was confirmed and a PV for a “new chapter” titled “英都,” teasing a trip to England. Both instalments have not announced a release date.

In addition, Link Click inspired a manhua adaptation with a completely new story. The manhua released on Sept. 22. A live-action adaptation has been announced with a projected premiere date for 2024. Jiang Long will portray Cheng Xiaoshi, Bi Wenjun as Lu Guang and Bu Guanjin as Qiao Ling.

The first two seasons of Link Click are available to watch on Crunchyroll and Bilibili.
