The Spring anime season just got a little fuller. HIDIVE announced three new titles rounding out its April 2026 simulcast lineup, offering a mix of returning favorites and fresh faces across fantasy, isekai, and romantic comedy.
The trio of series will stream exclusively on HIDIVE in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. And for fans heading to Anime Boston 2026, good news: all three will receive North American premiere screenings at the convention.
The Lineup
Farming Life in Another World 2
Premieres Monday, April 6
The most relaxed isekai around is back for round two. Armed with the all-in-one “Almighty Farming Tool,” protagonist Hiraku continues turning forest into civilization at his own peaceful pace. If you need a catch-up, HIDIVE is offering a free preview of Season 1, Episodes 1-3 through the end of March.
The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior Season 2
Premieres Tuesday, April 7
Pride Royal Ivy is back, and she’s still determined to rewrite her fate. The eight-year-old princess (with memories of her past life as a normal Japanese girl) knows she’s destined to become the cruel final boss of an otome game. Season 2 follows her continued quest to avoid tragedy and build a world where every character finds happiness. Based on Tenichi’s hit light novel series, with production by OLM Team Yoshioka.
Yowayowa Sensei
Premieres Saturday, April 11
High school homeroom teacher Hiyori Hiwamura has a reputation: offend her, and she’ll curse you. At least, that’s what the students believe. In reality, she’s a soft-hearted pushover whose “scary teacher” act is pure survival instinct. When student Akihito Abikura accidentally discovers her secret, things get complicated. Based on Kamio Fukuchi’s long-running rom-com manga, produced by Brain’s Base.
What HIDIVE Is Saying
“We’re beyond thrilled to present our line-up of highly anticipated new simulcast series to fans this spring,” said John Ledford, President of HIDIVE. “Our Spring 2026 Simulcast Season slate offers something for everyone with its exciting mix of fantasy, supernatural, isekai, action, romance and comedy.”
The Bottom Line
HIDIVE continues positioning itself as the home for niche but beloved genres. The return of Last Boss Queen and Farming Life satisfies fans of villainess tropes and slow-life isekai respectively, while Yowayowa Sensei adds a dose of classroom rom-com chaos. With premiere screenings at Anime Boston and exclusive streaming locked in, spring is shaping up nicely for HIDIVE subscribers.
