Death Parade Removed from Crunchyroll, Currently Unavailable to Stream Anywhere

Death Parade

The psychological thriller anime Death Parade has quietly disappeared from Crunchyroll’s library, making it unavailable to stream anywhere for the time being.

Death Parade was previously available on Crunchyroll, Hulu, and several other streaming platforms. With Crunchyroll being the last service to host it, fans of the acclaimed one-shot anime no longer have a legal way to watch it online.

The series began as a short film titled Death Billiards before premiering as an original anime in 2015 under Studio Madhouse. Across its 12 episodes, Death Parade follows bartenders who serve as arbiters of the afterlife, judging the recently deceased through psychological games that determine whether they’ll be reincarnated or sent to the void. Upon release, it ranked as the ninth most popular anime of its season and later won the 2016 Anime Trending Award for Best Original Anime.

As of now, there is no official streaming platform for Death Parade. However, given its critical acclaim and lasting fan interest, it’s possible the series could return to a major streaming service in the future.
