King’s Maker: Triple Crown and More Returning in March and April

Some popular BL webcomic series are making their triumphant returns in the next two months.

Three BL webcomics, King’s Maker: Triple Crown, The Pizza Delivery Man and The Gold Palace and Reunion will return with new seasons this March. Some series such as King’s Maker: Triple Crown has already announced the release of the English translation, while it looks like it’ll take some time for English-reading fans to read their favourite series.

King’s Maker: Triple Crown

Created by Haga and Kang Jiyoung, King’s Maker: Triple Crown is the sequel to King’s Maker. King’s Maker follows Wolfgang Goldenleonard, a young boy with golden hair who has been keeping his origins as the fourth son of the corrupt king a secret. Forced to move back into the castle, Wolfgang meets Soohyuk Shin, one of the king’s ‘chosen’ children. Despite how unruly Wolfgang seems, Soohyuk seems potential in the young heir…and hope.

In response to fans’ inquiries on when they can see an English translation, Haga thanked them for their patience and wrote they were in the midst of preparing translations for international readers. As it’ll take some time, Haga urged them to “please wait.”

The Korean raws of King’s Maker: Triple Crown returned with Season 3 on March 1. The first two seasons are available to read on Tappytoon, with the third season coming on April 4.

The Pizza Delivery Man and The Gold Palace

Written and illustrated by upi, The Pizza Delivery Man and The Gold Palace follows Woo-won who becomes a pizza delivery man after getting fired unfairly from his previous job. When one of Woo-won’s deliveries takes him to the Gold Palace, a cluster of luxury apartments with customers that tip generously, he meets Seo-an, a rich young man who suffers from social phobia. Season 1 concluded in Jan. 13, 2013 with 37 episodes.

The Pizza Delivery Man and The Gold Palace will return with Season 2 on March 22. The English translation of Season 1 is available to read on Lezhin.

Reunion

Secret identity. Cross-dressing. Reunion has both and more. Hakyung is doing everything he can to pay for his mother’s hospital bills and provide for his younger brother but it never seems to be enough. However, Hakyung receives an enticing offer: the bills will be taken care of if he agrees to dress up as a girl he knew when he was younger to fool a company’s chairman. Things seem to be going well until the chairman’s grandson returns from studying in America and is immediately suspicious of Hakyung.

Season 2 will return on March 8. Reunion is currently in its first season and can be read on Manta Comics.
