Blue Sky Complex Receives Cutting-Edge Live-Action Adaptation
Boys’ Love manga series Blue Sky Complex will receive a live-action adaptation.
Announced by MARBLE COMICS (@/tokyomangasha), Blue Sky Complex, written and illustrated by Kei Ichikawa, will thrust fans into a 360 degree experience. The series will air for five episodes, for approximately 5-10 minutes, according to @/BLUPDATE2022. The official live-action adaptation website unveiled a set of key visuals from each of the five episodes, starring Kosei Tsubokura as Natsuki and Shuya Sunagawa as Narasaki.
The first time Narasaki laid eyes on Natsuki, he didn’t think the two would ever cross paths; they were too different from each other. But when his teacher asks, nay begs, him to supervise the rowdy student, he’s wary but agrees, thinking it’s a good opportunity to have a quiet place to study. However, Natsuki is unlike any delinquent he has ever met: he’s quiet and seems content to read in silence. As the two get closer, their relationship develops into something more than just friendship.
Blue Sky Complex is available to read via Futekiya. The live-action adaptation airs on Feb. 27 in Japan.
