Seven Seas Entertainment Licenses The Dangerous Convenience Store, Healer for the Shadow Hero and More

Seven Seas Entertainment has announced they have licensed four series: My Cat is Such a Weirdo, Healer for the Shadow Hero, Becoming a Princess Knight and Working at a Yuri Brothel and Dangerous Convenience Store.

My Cat is Such a Weirdo – Tamako Tamogayama

Seven Seas has licensed the manga series My Cat is Such a Weirdo, written and illustrated by Tamako Tamagoyama. The series acts as a purrfect furry love letter to cats who always seem to exhibit unpredictable behaviour. My Cat is Such a Weirdo will release in full-colour in October 2023. The manga is priced at $15.99 for the US and $19.99 for Canada.

Healer for the Shadow Hero – Kyu Azagishi & Ako

Seven Seas has licensed the manga series Healer for the Shadow Hero through its Steamship Imprint which has more R-rated material geared towards women. Created by Kyu Azagishi and Aka, Healer for the Shadow Hero follows the steamy relationship between Nanna, a servant girl, and a war hero known as the Shadow Hero who has a disease that can only be cured by Nanna. However, she can only cure him if she loses her virginity to him. Healer for the Shadow Hero releases in February 2024. The manga is priced at $14.99 for the US and $18.99 for Canada.

Becoming a Princess Knight and Working at a Yuri Brothel – Hinaki

Seven Seas has licensed the manga series Becoming a Princess Knight and Working at a Yuri Brothel through its Ghost Ship imprint which is geared towards older readers. Rated mature, this fantasy Isekai follows a middle aged man who is reincarnated into the body of a princess night knight named Reina. Things get more complicated when he’s sold to a yuri brothel. Becoming a Princess Knight and Working at a Yuri Brothel releases in February 2024. The manga is priced at $14.99 for the US and $18.99 for Canada.

The Dangerous Convenience Store – 945/gusao

Seven Seas has licensed the manhwa webcomic series The Dangerous Convenience Store. The Dangerous Convenience Store follows college student Yeo Eui-joon who works part-time at a convenience store known for having dangerous gangsters visit. He meets Gunwoo who, at first, seems frightening and intimidating but seems to have a softer side for Eui-joon. The Dangerous Convenience Store will release in full-colour in October 2023. The manga is priced at $21.99 for the US and $28.99 for Canada.
