See You In My 19th Life Counts Up to Jieum’s 19th Life in First Trailer

See You in My 19th Life‘s new trailer is inviting fans to join Ban Jieum in her 19th life.

Set to a delightfully charming tune that hints at the magical setting of See You in My 19th Life, the trailer begins with an introduction of Ban Jieum in her second life as she lives in what appears to be the Joseon era. As each life passes, Jieum’s identity changes from a young woman to a child to a soldier to a man to a performer and finally to her 19th life. Standing in Moon Seoha’s childhood home, Jieum turns around and meets Seoha standing across the room from her. On his side is a tall shelf crammed with books and while hers, in comparison, is more barren with various musical paraphernalia. She crosses her hands behind her back as she leans towards Seoha teasingly, saying, “My 19th life, I’m heading toward you again.”

Shin Hye-sun will play Ban Jieum while Ahn Bo-hyun portrays Moon Seoha. Ha Yoon-kyung will join the cast as Yoon Chowon, Jieum’s younger sister in her previous life and Ahn Dong-goo will play Seoha’s best friend and secretary Ha Doyoon.

Created by Lee Hye (A Good Day to be a Dog), See You in My 19th Life follows Ban Jieum who is currently living her 19th life. Jieum has the special ability to remember everything in her previous lives. While she has so far been content to leave people she’s met in her previous lives behind, there’s something about the boy she befriends in her 18th life that she can’t seem to ignore. When her 18th life unexpectedly gets cut short, Jieum is determined to find and reunite with Seoha.
