Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective has dropped a new key visual.

The official social media accounts for Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective revealed a new key visual ahead of its fall premiere. Private detective Ron Kamonohashi looks over his shoulder, his curling hair covering half of his face while his partner Totomaru Isshiki faces the audience head on. The two appear to be in a large library with domed roofs. Apparitions of various people, including a little girl and a man, surround them.

Diomedéa will oversee the anime adaptation of Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective. Shōta Ihata will direct while Water Watari will write the scripts with Yo Tsuji as the composer. Yōhei Azakami (Mobile Suit Gundam: The White from Mercury) will voice Ron Kamonohashi while Junya Enoki (Jujutsu Kaisen) voices Totomaru Isshiki. Yōko Hikasa (Jujutsu Kaisen) and Taku Yashiro (Undead Girl Murder Farce) will join the cast as Amamiya and Spitz Feier, respectively.

Written and illustrated by Akira Amano, Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective follows Ron Kamonohashi and Totomaru Isshiki who partner together to solve crimes. Ron was once the top student at the Detective Training Academy Blue but after he’s found responsible for an incident he can’t even remember, he’s expelled and his license revoked. Five years later, Ron’s hunger for solving crimes has not disappeared but he finds another way for him to solve crimes when he meets Totomaru Isshiki, a police detective in the Metropolitan Police Department. The manga began serialization in Shōnen Jump in October 2020 with 11 tankōbon volumes as of April 2023.
