Link Click Season 2 Key Visuals and PV Leaves Fans Wondering Where Lu Guang Is

Lu Guang? Hey buddy, give us a sign, any sign, you’re still alive.

Link Click has kept tight-lipped around Lu Guang’s status since the announcement of Season 2. The donghua released three new key visuals for the upcoming season with one glaring absence. The three key visuals showcase Lu Guang, Qiao Ling and a new character named Qian Jin who was introduced in the first trailer. However, there was no Lu Guang, spiking fear in fans’ hearts that this might mean the end for everyone’s favourite white-haired character.

Curiously, there appears to be a shadow that doesn’t belong to each character. Behind Cheng Xiaoshi is Lu Guang’s silhouette; behind Qiao Ling appears to be the hooded pink-haired figure seen in the second trailer; Qian Jin’s shadow seems to be the figure donning a wide-brimmed hat seen in the key visual.

Accompanied by a smooth jazz tune, a character PV introducing Qiao Jin has also been released. Little is known about Qian Jin other than his occupation as a lawyer. Voiced by Wei Chao, Qian Jin says, “Sometimes, an overreliance on your abilities will lead you to have your guard lowered” before breaking out into a cackle. The PV transitions to Qian Jin saying, “You know I hate getting betrayed the most.”

Season 2 will premiere first at Anime Expo on July 2 before making its international debut on July 14.
