Heaven Official’s Blessing: TGCF Will Have a New Extra For Chinese Release

Ruoye, grab onto us: Tian Guan Ci Fu will include a new extra story in its Chinese novel release.

As announced on Weibo, Tian Guan Ci Fu will release a simplified Chinese version of the novel. The novel will be split into three volumes and include approximately a new story containing approximately 10,000 words. The volumes will be included in a double-sided hardcover box set with 24 coloured pages and other merchandise.

Two versions for the simplified Chinese version will be available. The limited special edition of Tian Guan Ci Fu includes illustrated edge designs on the box set and costs 279 yuan while the regular version costs 199 yuan.

While fans will be excited to hear Tian Guan Ci Fu will have a new extra, the three volumes means that the book will be heavily censored as the original uncensored version had six volumes. Any mentions of Xie Lian and Hua Cheng’s romantic relationship will be removed; keep in mind Tian Guan Ci Fu is Mo Xiang Tong Xiu’s most SFW series.

Presale begins on May 13.
