Chainsaw Man and Oshi no Ko Top Billboard Japan Charts for First Half of 2023

It has been a good first half of 2023 as Chainsaw Man and Oshi no Ko’s opening songs soar to the top of Billboard Japan Charts.

Billboard Japan has released the top ten anime songs for the first half of 2023.

As reported by Crunchyroll and shown on the “Billboard JAPAN Hot Animation” song charts, Chainsaw Man and Oshi no Ko have soared to the top of the list. “KICK BACK,” performed by Kenshi Yonezu, was. heard as the opening song for Chainsaw Man when the anime premiered in October 2022. Despite the anime still airing, YOASOBI’s “Idol,” the opening song of Oshi no Ko, has been making impressive waves. “KICK BACK” currently has 110 million views while “Idol” has racked up more than 158 million views.
