Observing Elena Evoy will make its anime debut in March.

LAFTEL revealed the next anime on its slate with Observing Elena Evoy premiering on March 10 at 10 PM KST. To celebrate its adaptation, the streaming platform offered a sneak peek of the anime with Elena and Johann floating in mid-air with the full moon shining in the background. A slight blush on his cheeks, Johann has eyes for no one except for Elena who smiles back at him.

Based on the original story by Myeongcho with the webcomic adapted by Dorong, Observing Elena Evoy follows Johann Aldorado Pertan who, not only has the brains and the brawn, is also quite good looking. After studying at school for four years, he finds his spot at the top of the academic list shaken when Elena Evoy is ranked first in the exams. When he swallows his pride and congratulates Elena for her achievement, rather than being showered with appreciation, he’s met with a bland “thanks.” From then on, Johann keeps a careful eye on Elena.

LAFTEL announced a bevy of anime adaptations of popular webcomic and manhwa adaptations ack in October 2022 and it’s only recently that the anime adaptations have started to release. The first 10 episodes of Lady Devil premiered on Feb. 27 while the first three episodes of No More Princes aired on Feb. 13.

Observing Elena Evoy is available to read on Manta Comics. The anime adaptation drops on March 10.
