Yor and Chun-Li Duke it Out in Spy x Family and Street Fighter 6 Collab

The long-awaited Street Fighter 6 and Spy x Family collab has finally arrived.

After teasing a collaboration project between Street Fighter 6 and Spy x Family Code: White in July 2023 and subsequently releasing an animation video in December 2023, the project has finally dropped on Jan. 9. Wanting to show Anya how cool her mother is, Yor decides to challenge Chun-Li in an all-out match, but Chun-Li is no ordinary opponent. The video showcases what a fight between the Thorn Princess and Chun-Li would look like as well as a match-up between the Thorn Princess and Twilight — a fight that hasn’t even been seen yet in the manga.

The collaboration will feature avatar costumes for Yor and Loid, as well as their hairstyles, at the collaboration store in the Battle Hub! Players will also receive special items like photo frames, stamps, and titles.

Capcom had previously released an animated short video of the collaboration, featuring Yor and Chun-Li exchanging blows, the two demonstrating impressive athletic agility and flexibility. Wit Studio was credited for the animation, with Shunsuke Aoki doing the key animation, and Kyōji Asano on storyboard and character design.

The collaboration items will be available from Jan. 9 to Jan. 31, 2024. Street Fighter 6 is available to play on PS4 and PS5. If fans want to take a break, they can rest by streaming Spy x Family on Crunchyroll.
