Link Click Drops Hot Summertime Illustration to Celebrate Series Milestone
A new illustration from Link Click has been revealed, featuring the main trio, to celebrate 300 million views.
The Link Click trio take to the beach to celebrate the donghua’s impressive milestone.
The official Link Click Twitter account uploaded a new illustration featuring Cheng Xiaoshi, Lu Guang and Qiao Ling all at the beach. The new illustration celebrates the Link Click donghua reaching 300 million views, saying the hot summer has not diminished everyone’s enthusiasm. With Season 2 premiering early on July 1 in Singapore and Anime Expo, Link Click promises that “everyone in Time Photo Studio will join the [viewers] in having an enjoyable time.”
Holding a popsicle in one hand and waving with the other, Qiao Ling looks positively cute in her beach outfit. Right at the forefront of the illustration are Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang lounging on beach chairs. Cheng Xiaoshi has his trademark charming smile on his face, one arm braced on his knee and holding onto a green sparkly drink while the other balances him on Lu Guang’s shoulder. Hardly bothered by the extra weight judging by his unperturbed expression, Lu Guang appears to be in the middle of taking off his sunglasses.
Anticipation has been racking up for the second season of the hit time-travelling donghua series. Several PVs and key visuals have left fans anxious to find out what happened to Lu Guang after the events from Season 1.
Season 2 of Link Click will stream on Crunchyroll on July 14.
